Michael Nusca is an experienced trade contractor who has worked as a master carpenter for over thirty years.

Specializing in contracting, development and construction management, Michael has overseen projects ranging from ranging from small-scale renovations ground-up builds.
He is responsible for day to day activities and the overall operation of Nusca Custom Homes. As a result of his hands on experience, Michael is able to make certain that the work being performed is in accordance with exacting client expectations.


Throughout the construction project, Michael is able to immediately address any concerns, issues or questions raised by the designers, trade contractors and/or clients.


Michael is an experienced trade contractor himself, having worked as a master carpenter for over thirty years in the custom home builder market. There are few builders in the marketplace who have a better hands-on understanding of construction processes.
